The author was recced to me as being "good with consent". My first exposure to a sex scene by her was a translated extra that was ... heavy on the authorial rape kink. froliczxc has also translated some of the steamy stuff from the new version that goes into dubcon land IMO, though version edits or translation might have made it more or less dubcon.

(The fandom, of course, is full-on into No Archive Warnings Apply untagged rape, and kinking on every relationship squick of mine, including ones I didn't know I had. Rarepairs fare slightly better, but I basically can't read the main ship's tag.)
