Sorry for dropping off the face of the earth! I was busy with ficinabox. (Very soon, I will be even busier with highadrenalineexchange! Exciting!) Also containing this exchange:

...anyway. Reveals hopefully on the 8th of Nov. I need to edit some of the FIAB stuff still, but I am consumed with an urgent need to rewrite my letter from scratch for Heart Attack.

Also I made Sichuan boiled fish on a bed of cabbage, since whitefish was 30% off. Om nom, would eat again.

Hee! I'm being like that about my WIPs, but with prompt fests.

I'm always hesitant to cook fish because the bones trouble me, but I think I will learn to make the sauce base at least (I can use my own home-grown hot peppers!). Looks delicious.
(Self-restraint is not necessarily a virtue in terms of spice and pinch hits, I think)

You can also do it with thinly-sliced beef or other meats! And yeah bones are annoying. I picked most of them out from my whitefish fillet, but I did find one.
