There is at least one fic where MCS recovers because Jingyan fucks him often enough xD (Technically I think it's because Jingyan gets him pregnant. Details.)
You could start with the stories in the rec post I linked you. If you sort by Kudos on AO3 the first fic is In Time, Once Again, a long Jingyan time-travel fic translated from Chinese, it is full of angst and I love it a lot.
