Let's start with a silly icon as commentary on the local students' drinking and hangover cultures:

Happy International Workers' Day! And if any of you have fancy educational hats, put them on like we do in Finland.

Todo list:
Watch Guardian episode 11, make notes– screencapsWrite final scene for 520 assignment, then edit- Start actually editing the 40k+ fucker that is that MDZS WIP, aiming for posting ch1 over the weekend
- Maybe edit one of the porny porns almost ready for public consumption
- Definitely do not get distracted by this or this or this (even if it'd be short) or that idea where there is a hilarious failure of a honeypot plan
- Idk clean up the hovel I live in or something
ETA: make some icons for the icon battle(78 done,32 to go!)

Date: 2019-05-01 12:34 (UTC)OMG. You have the best ideas! I love them all - especially the last three. :-) Hee, I have the same problem. SO MANY ideas! (And one of these days I really must manage to have som e porn happen. Argh.)

Pfft, I think your priorities are fine.
LOLed about the educational hat, btw. We don't have any of those, fortunately, unless you're in a Studentenverbindung (then they actually look kind of similar).
ETA: We do have a lot of decorated birches in front of young women's houses today - and a lot of hungover young men who put them up last night, while drinking heavily. ;-) That's our May 1st-custom!

Date: 2019-05-01 13:10 (UTC)Part of the reason I'm a bit hesitant is that all of my ideas are either short porn things, or "here is an excuse for Ye Zun to get a happy ending", and I'm not sure if I want to have my reputation in this fandom be "that person who likes Ye Zun too much" yet...
Here, everyone who's graduated high school has their ylioppilaslakki, traditionally worn this day. Additionally, students of engineering have their very own teekkarilakki, which they wear today and to related happenings. They are very well represented in the local population. No decorated branches, we did that a few weeks ago as a "decorated branches in exchange for candy" thing the kids do.
