- Get something more important to do (thesis, schoolwork, etc)
- Procrastinate
- Feel guilt over not doing Important Thing
- Write fic / clean room / finish other work in an effort to keep guilt at bay
- Finished fic!
(After the reveals, I might publish a short post on the writing process. The fic was something of a joy to write – both literally and ironically.)
