What the the top five things on your wishlist and have you done any of them?
Welllll, my wishlist'd be something along the lines of:
1. Go to space
Not done. Am ... kind of okay with not doing, since astronautry in its current iteration isn't really something my personality is compatible with. OTOH, I really want a series of space elevators so that anyone can go to space! I guess I'll just have to invent a suitable material...
2. Acquire a PhD
Not yet; I still have a few levels to grind before that bossfight. Totally planning on doing that, though.
3. Professionally publish a sci-fi book
Not yet. I'm leveling up my writing with fanfic/pseudo-origfic first. My plotting skills need work, but let's see how the Vorkosigan WIP and [REDACTED] go. Also I need to figure out how to generate plots. Advice, if you have any to give, is appreciated.
4. Save the world
I'm trying! The bossfight I'm currently engaged in is me writing on the subject of [REDACTED], which is related to [REDACTED] and thus could help with [REDACTED] and help save the world.
5. Live forever
Well, this is more of a future thing, but I want either eternal youth, or at the very least a long, fruitful life, after which my name will be whispered reverently for the rest of eternity. I want to leave a mark on history. I want to be remembered. I wish to be another Foucault at least: a name known to every student of my discipline. That is the kind of person I want to be.
