"20. A song that has many meanings for you" shall have to wait for next week when I'm less frazzled with all the things; meanwhile, the Nirvana in Fire soundtrack has three very pretty vocal tracks. I shall hunt up translations for all!

紅顏舊 | Aging of a Beauty, sung by Liu Tao (Mu Nihuang)
Here's a translation that seems nice enough. It's got Chinese characters + Pinyin + translation, which makes it easier to keep track of what's going on. It's broken up into three sections, A, B, and C; the song's structure is ABC BC C (+last line repeats twice). The B and C sections might change a bit, but I am not good enough to catch that.

This translation, OTOH, is less good for keeping up with the song as sung, but the cultural notes!!! I shall have to look at chengyu.

风起时 | When the Wind Blows, sung by Hu Ge (Mei Changsu)
I haven't found a proper followishable translation, but here's the notes-heavy version.

赤血长殷 | Loyal Blood Runs Forever Red, sung by Wang Kai (Xiao Jingyan) (my absolute fave from these)
