I made two premieres for
vidukon_cardiff! (Ssh, don't look at how long it's taken for me to post about it...) One for the actual premieres show (Break the Chain) and one for the themed premieres show (Still Alive! >:D). This year's theme was Creation/Decay. Also, after going "omg no where I am I going to get a 00s song for
vid_bingo", both vidsongs were from the 00s.
For actual premieres, I made a Leia & Kylo vid to Oedipus by Pythia. The song immediately brought these two to mind when I first heard it. I guess the song was inspired by Oedipus the mythological figure, but since the word "Oedipus" doesn't show up once in the lyrics and also the lyrics are general enough, I titled it Break the Chain.

The song was very fitting, but also a bit annoying; it has a 2-minute outro in a different key, and the transition between final chorus and outro does not have anything like a nice place to end, so I had to just slap a fade on it lol. I also amputated the intro, but that one went more smoothly.
Themed premieres was Creation/Decay, which I first misread as Creation/Destruction and completely panicked. However, my vid idea did fit it in the end (well, close enough). It's a silly humor idea I've had since forever and I decided this was the perfect excuse to make it! Sheev Palpatine is Still Alive! >:D Alas, YouTube oppressed me by not allowing me to put the > in the vid's title.
