A lot of my prompts might look surprisingly gen for a shipfic exchange! This is because I pefer to prompt for stuff the ship-halves are doing while they're being shippy. Please mentally add "and then they kiss" to the end of each prompt if necessary. I've also noted some of the other characters I like in case you want to make the fic an ensemble one.
My favorite term is "cunt", and second favorite "vulva". Tribbing and thigh-riding are great. For my Star Wars F/F, D/s (un- or undernegotiated) is good, as is breathplay, and using the Force for porn. For M/M, I am boring and want something happy and consensual, and like anal and using the Force for sexual purposes. I'm not keen on oral for any gender configuration.
In addition to the requested, I have watched all of The Clone Wars and Rebels, plus Rogue One, read the new Thrawn trilogy, and played Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. For SWTOR, I've brought a Sith Inqisitor and Jedi Knight current with the present plus done all the other class stories.
Ship DNWs: Kreia, Revan/Exile
I like both LS and DS versions of both! The LS for an us against the world/trying to fix things feeling, the DS for the possibility for kinky porn and mind games.
The Revan twist was good, so if you want to do identity stuff: do it. I also liked all the ancient archaeology and digging around the Star Maps, so an extra Star Map quest, or things going really wrong on a canon Star Map quest? Excellent. Or the Rakata mind trap, or some other sort of Rakata technology! Investigating the temple on Lehon post-canon? Why did the Rakata build the Star Forge anyway? What is Revan's life like post-canon? Does she take on an apprentice?
With the Exile, I liked how the game was a bit of a mind fuck/mystery narrative, plus the colossal amounts of loyalty most of your companions displayed. Loyalty kink welcome! As above, maybe a missionfic setting? An extra Jedi Master to find? Master Vash is alive on Korriban? A mission blows up in the Exile's face? Or maybe there's a Sith tomb to poke through – an undiscovered one on Korriban? Someone else got buried on Dxun? Maybe a detour to Yavin 4? They return to Malachor to see what it looks like after the ending?
Other characters in the general ensemble I like: HK-47, T3-M4, Bao-Dur, Forn Dodonna, Yuthura Ban, Visas Marr
General note: I'm much more into the Republic vs Empire thing than the whole Zakuul mess.
That shot from Malgus's nightmare about Acina shooting him with lightning? Very good. I also liked KOTET chapter 2, with the jungle rainstorm (with lightning) and the ancient Sith tomb. Acina is also hot. Some hands-on Empress-ing? She's the questgiver for the Dread Seeds mission, so something with her bringing someone along for the seeker droid use? Maybe a visit to a Sith Temple – ancient artefacts for the defeat of the Republic? A rival has established a base there, time to go in with her right-hand woman to eliminate them? Visiting Ziost and its Sith tombs before the Cataclysm? Visiting Ziost after the Cataclysm? Investigating Nathema's suitability to be an Imperial outpost?
Other characters in the general ensemble I like: Female Sith Inquisitor (refer to her as Nox/Occlus/Imperius if appropriate), Talos Drellik, Major Anri, Zash, Darth Marr

If you pick Anakin/M: Please either have him and Padmé have broken up offscreen, or never have gotten together.
Mace Windu is a good person, decisive, and really good with a lightsaber! Something where he gets to show off his skillz? Clone war battle, Jedi mission, Anakin takes a nap so he can decapitate Sidious in peace? Teaming up for a dangerous/complicated mission? Civilians found some highly dangerous Sith/Rakata/etc artefact that needs to be retrieved? Dooku escaped into a Sith Temple and needs to be stopped? Mace gets trapped by the Senate Budget Committee and desperately needs to be rescued?
On the other hand, Anakin is a disaster. I like him, I do, and prequels-era him is a prime target for a) fixit fic, and b) screwball comedy driven by the Force. So! The Force intervenes in Anakin's life and plays matchmaker? Weird Force bond from touching something that was safe to touch just five minutes ago? Stranded on a Sith planet together? Nonconsensual archaeology expedition-ing? (You may see my id, lol.) Something something Rakata technology? Anakin uncovers T3-M4 or T7-01 from KOTOR/SWTOR and now has two astromechs?

DNW: Yoko shipped with people under the age of 18 (so no Emilia or Monya).
I love Yoko and her veritable feast of potential ship options! I like how she's an engineer who rolls with all the weird shit she ends up in and befriends a bunch of people wherever she goes. Her spirit of adventure is amazing. I like the technological settings of the adventures and Yoko solving people's problems. So: Yoko & company discover something new and exciting around Vinéa? Waking up Vinéans from hibernation/participating in the reconstruction efforts? A time travel adventure to either the past or future? Some sort of cast herd crossover, with time travel on Vinéa? Dealing with a present-day mad scientist? All is good! This is a major nostalgia canon and I'd love some Yoko adventures.

- The Force! I love the space wizards and their vaguely Buddhist philosophy and telekinetic powers
- Space archaeology! "X and Y take a field trip to ancient Jedi/Sith ruins" is great, discovering ancient artefacts is great, weird BS caused by ancient relics is great
- Relatedly: the Rakata, or rather, their legacy. Discovering ancient Rakatan devices! Trying to figure out WTF happened with them! Anything dealing with the legacy of the Infinite Empire.
- Also relatedly: stuff exploring the deeper mysteries of the Force! I personally subscribe to the "Light Side = selfless love, Dark Side = selfish possession" interpretation of George Lucas, so stuff building on that or some sort of comparison with non-Jedi, non-Sith Force users would be cool
- Padawan raising schmoop! Including the evil Sith version of "Good job torturing those people to death with lightning, apprentice! <3 Here, have a spaceship for your reward."
