The turn of the year is always too busy for me to take part in the December Posting Meme or Journaling January, but February works I have time! Ergo, Fopinons February, since I couldn't come up with something better that alliterated, and sara has decreed February to be for shitposting, so it's in the spirit. Maybe. I'm bad at shitposting, give me something to talk about. Comment here with a topic + a day, and I'll post about that topic on that day (bar unexpected RL crises). Anything goes, save my RL stuff.

In Finland, the 14th is actually FRIENDSHIP DAY, so all the ~Valentine true love~ stuff is borderline hilarious when imported here, but sure, I can talk about love (and probably also friendship).

That sounds great! And the Finn-in-the-street's-eye view of the borderline hilarity would probably help make my day.

(Disclaimer: spouse and I do make a mildly big thing about V-day, but treat it as an excuse to have a special day, have special days elsewhere in the year and sometimes just because, and don't fall prey to the associated hype and commercialization.)
