So, what's the name of this thing?

So, there are these things where first there are numbers from 1 to X and you assign a character to each number and then there are mini-prompts like "#2 and #7 have accidentally gotten married while drunk. What do they do? What does #9 think?" I've been trying to figure out, since I'd like to do one, and I can't seem to find any by googling. It's probably not "prompt meme" (no, google, I didn't want to look at the Mass Effect Kink Meme), but it's probably some kind of meme, so, help?
