Observations so far:
- it's surprisingly nice to write a fic(let) every day! I'll continue, though I might have to skip days if e.g. work explodes
- 教主和小师妹的故事 | Sect Leader and Little Shimei's Story (2019) is still not a canonical fandom, woe
- people are more likely to comment if they've actually heard of the canon, so my Guardian ficlets get more response than the others
- it's remarkably chill, posting without the expectation of any feedback! Someone might click on the thing, or might not; I have achieved my brain chemicals simply from the accomplishment that is posting.

Ships to write, as soon as I get a suitable idea:
- Xia Dong/Mu Nihuang
- Cangse Sanren/Yu Ziyuan (this was my original plan for today, actually, but then today's fic happened)
- Baoshan Sanren/Lan Yi
- Ya Qing/Zhu Hong
- Cheng Xinyan/Zhu Hong
- Li Qian/Sha Ya repeat at some point

20 days to go! I think once it's March I'll make one single consolidated promo post for sid_guardian and theuntamed_mdzs with the fics I wrote for that fandom categorized by pairing.

I've written other things as well! Okay, ch11 of For No Cradle Lasts Forever was mostly written already last year, but I did do my edits and elaborate upon some scenes in February. And Clouds Wept (Cloudswept) (T, Shen Wei/Zhao Yunlan) was written wholly in February for brush_and_lantern's Mix-Up theme.

And I discovered that oriiwu drew fanart of one of my fics! Mo Xuanyu/Xue Yang, from Despite the Warning Signs. I absolutely love Xue Yang in his Jin sect robes!

I actually had a conversation last week with one of the tag wrangling chairs about Chinese-language tags, fandoms, and wrangling (I had been trying to get a fandom canonized that had been only used in a Chinese-language work, and she pinged me to explain why I needed to be more patient) and the upshot is that the AO3 is simultaneously being flooded with a huge number of Chinese users and tags, and also the political issues of censorship and cutting off internet access, and though they have been repeatedly attempting to recruit Chinese speakers for translation of tags (and trouble tickets etc) the number of people dealing with things is tiny compared to the number of things they're having to deal with. So things are getting done very slowly, which is rather frustrating when things seem obvious and clear, but that's the process.

Huh, I didn't realize AO3 was getting that much influx of Chinese works! My little tag his had multiple people using it, and my fics in the tag all have author's notes pointing to the canon. Ah well. Let's hope they get translation volunteers who speak Chinese to deal with the influx.

Yes! I really like it when I can achieve that headspace. :-) I think it helps when you're writing lots of ficlets -- you don't have so much time to hover over AO3 because, you know, you're busy writing the next one! :-)

Yes! It's 1. Write fic 2. Post fic 3. Repeat. With occasional forays into ??? if someone, y'know, actually comments, because wtf is this comment thingy. :P
