This is a surprisingly good bunch, lol. I think I'd rename Every Door a Death (I had the title before the fic, and in retrospect I'm not sure the title fits), and My Rising Sun and Only Home doesn't work in English, lol.
How many did you scramble for at the last minute?
All of them save Every Door a Death, not so shy bather, and Soul Eaters. My titles generally come to me when I'm staring at the New Work page on AO3 and screaming silently. Sometimes there's not that much scrambling (I generally pull out a lyric for the vids, frex), but it's ... not something I'm terribly good at.
How many did you know before you started writing, or near the beginning?
One: Every Door a Death.
How many are quotes from songs or poems?
The vid ones are all quotes from the songs they have, save Hope Never Dies (and My Rising Sun and Only Home is translated). Know When to Touch and Such a Perfect Place to Start are both quotes from the same song (Garbage - The World is Not Enough). Passion's Wide and Shoreless Sea is from Paul Dunbar's Absence (via the poem line title generator. Outwalked the Furthest Lights for You is a riff off a line from Robert Frost's Acquainted with the Night.

Technically, Soul Eaters, I guess. I'm not that into fic quote titles.
Which best reflects the plot of the story/content of the fanwork?
I think this is a tie between Soul Eaters (the main villains of the story! appropriately ominous!) and Ice? Nice!

Outwalked the Furthest Lights for You. The other Zhu Jiu POV fic, Comes the Orange Dawn, also has a very thematic title.
Which best reflects the character voice of the story/POV of the fanwork?
*stares at titles* Knocking on the Doors of Paradise, I think, as it's all ~metaphorical~ of what Ye Zun feels he's doing.

Silver-Tongued! It's pithy and thematic-ish and fits both the licking and the manipulation attempt.
In conclusion, I think I need to try less hard and go for the two-three word titles that aren't quotes? IDK.
