Shower Thoughts ft. Da Qing

Does Da Qing still have his balls, or did some prior owner bring him to a vet to get snipped?

...if they did bring him to get snipped, would the balls grow back when he transforms to human and back again? How does the Yashou transformation thing even work? (And I guess he'd have run off in human form when he discovered the purpose of the vet appointment?) Wait, did Da Qing even have any owners/human caretakers beyond Zhao Yunlan, or did he just exist as a stray cat, eating everyone's food?

If Da Qing has his balls, don't male cats spray a lot? Maybe that's part of the reason the apartment is so messy. (I mean, it's not like he'd ever pick up. Picking up is for the servants, and Da Qing is the king of the food chain.)

But do we ever see kitty Da Qing's genitals? Maybe he's a girl in cat form. Who says Yashou gender maps onto our own? Maybe genderfluidity is the common thing for them! Who knows? Perhaps Da Qing has a womb in his cat form and Da Ji's cat form is the one that produces the sperm!

Dixingese: the conlang

So, sylleblahsome was interested in what I'd managed to conlang up for my soulmates fic. Now, since as it turns out, I wrote a soulmate AU just so I could show off my conlang, I have conlang notes!

(I do have another fic idea that'd involve this language – namely, a bunch of Shen Wei's relatives waking up from meteor shelter stasis – but I have a load of other WIPs to clear out first.)
