Lyrics decipherment help!

You might've noticed my new music showcase? Well, some of the bands in question have absolutely no lyrics to their songs available on the internet. I'm trying to remedy that by careful listening, after which I'll submit them to ... well, I have a LyricsTranslate account I should still recall the password for, and I suppose AZlyrics takes anonymous submissions? Anyway. As much of the internet as possible! But first, I ask for help with some sections I'm having trouble with.

Getting this far took me two days and reading the Wikipedia article on Cleopatra to get some of the references, like seducing Caesar. I'm hoping my followership contains someone who's either, like, a Cleopatra scholar able to go "That might be a reference to X?" or someone who's really good at making out what classically trained ESL sopranos are singing...
